Cashless Treatment With Your Travel Insurance – 24-Hour Walk-In Clinic in Bangkok

Cashless Treatment With Your Travel Insurance – 24-Hour Walk-In Clinic in Bangkok

Open 24 hours · 7 days a week · no appointment needed · English-speaking doctors

A sudden fever, stomach upset, diarrhoea, a cut or an animal bite while travelling or working in Bangkok? At our walk-in clinic on Sukhumvit Soi 13 you can be seen by a doctor any hour of the day or night — with no appointment and no after-hours surcharge. Where your policy allows, we can arrange cashless treatment with your travel insurance, so you don’t pay out of pocket and chase reimbursement later.

Cashless / direct billing with your travel insurance

We work with many international travel-insurance providers and assistance companies to bill your insurer directly, so eligible visits require no cash payment at the clinic.

  • Bring your travel insurance policy / assistance card (showing the insurer name and policy number) and your passport.
  • Tell us your insurer and policy number before your visit and we’ll confirm whether cashless applies.
  • If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, we provide itemised, physician-signed documentation so you can claim reimbursement easily.

Visiting from Japan? We process cashless claims with major Japanese travel insurers — see our Japanese-language page.

Coverage depends on your specific policy, plan and symptoms — some visits may be partly out-of-pocket or require you to pay first and claim back. Please contact us to confirm.

What we treat (general practice)

  • Fever, sore throat, cough and cold symptoms
  • Stomach ache, diarrhoea, vomiting and food poisoning (traveller’s diarrhoea)
  • Headache, dizziness, fatigue and heat exhaustion
  • Skin itching, rashes, insect bites and sunburn
  • Cuts, grazes, burns and bruises — minor injuries
  • Urinary discomfort such as cystitis / UTI

If specialist tests, admission or surgery are needed, we refer you to a trusted partner hospital.

Rabies & animal bites (dog, cat or monkey bites and scratches)

Thailand is a rabies-risk country. If you’ve been bitten, scratched or licked by a dog, cat, monkey or other animal, early treatment is critical. Because we’re open 24 hours, you can come straight in — even for a night-time bite.

  • Wound cleaning and dressing
  • Rabies post-exposure vaccination and scheduling of the full course
  • Tetanus check

If you’re unsure whether a minor scratch needs care, come in and let us assess it. We also advise on pre-travel (pre-exposure) rabies vaccination.

Work-permit & visa medical certificates

  • Health checks for work-permit (labour permit) application and renewal
  • Physician-signed certificates in your required format, in English
  • Corporate / group health checks on request
